The Chapel is the centre point of our school and where we can gather around the Altar of the Lord and celebrate our identity as a Catholic School. It is important to note that all members of our community are welcome to gather around our Chapel as a space where we reflect on our own journey in life. With our students, it is finding the balance of reverence - the respect for the sacred space, yet also being a place of welcome and being embraced. In Matthew 19:14 we here ‘Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.” We want our learning in RE to be a space of wondering and curiosity, where children ask questions and seek answers. That way, we are truly supporting their journey. This is why we want our students to become familiar with, and welcome within our Trinity Chapel.
